Lost archives in a account

    Hi, I have a client who has lost archives; a lot of audio files. It's seems that he no have now any Mysql bases. I don¡t know what to do. I try to restore from a backup and this doesn't workuot.

    I appreciate any suggestions.

    Have you checked the backup to see if the files are actually in it? What does not work out when restoring the backup?

    Backups are very important for a reason. If you have no good backups I'm not sure what kind of suggestion you'd be hoping for here.

    Yes, the first thing I do was restore the account from the backup, but that don't work. I run the script upcp and magicly this fix the problem.
    A friend told me that the problem was for sure that the files was, for some reason, inaccesible for a while.
