Lost cgi-bin Perl access on main account

After upgrading a package, adding more sub-domain, I lost the cgi-bin access for the main account. Others sub account on this account work well.

It's the second time I have the same behavior after doing about the same thing. Upgrading a packages.

Any sugestion are welcome.
