Please accept my apologies re-opening this thread, but I have a big problem I need to solve asap, someone has changed my admin login to Cpanel, please help.
If you don't know your cPanel password and you do not have access to WHM you will need to contact your provider. We do not have your password nor do we have a method to provide you your password.
If you have root access and you can access WHM but have lost your cPanel account password you can modify it by going to WHM>>Account Information>>List Accounts -> Expand the view for the account you want to modify -> enter the new password under "change password"
If you've lost your root password you will need to contact your provider for assistance with this as well.
