    Hi,

I have a customer who claims an email never made it through from another user on the same domain. In the faillog I do not see that it was rejected. Is there a way to grep or trace and email that should have been delivered? I just want to verify that it was delivered to her box or not. I can see it was sent and to the correct address from the original headers. It is not currently in the IMAP folder when I check via webmail.

    Cheers,
    TR

You can grep the particular email address from the email logs. You will have to type below mentioned command to grep the particular email logs:

    [root@server] cat /var/log/exim_mainlog | grep email@domain.tld
