Lost password does not work correctly

    Cpanel will ALWAYS report that the lost password email was sent successfully even if the username does not exist, or that user has not configured an email address.

    I suggest this be fixed.
    I had to disable this function because so many people were giving out hell to our support because they were not getting their passwords, and the cause was they had no email configured.

    I'm considering disabling the feature entirely on our servers.
