    Great idea snickn! Thanks!
    But unfortunately don't work.
The file dodemoacct not appears in received files list from Cpanel rsync repository.
    Now, I'm really confused!
The /scripts/dodemoacct file is called from WHM to create demo accounts. Now, without this script, how can this demo accounts could be crreated ?
Here, in my server, I can't more create any demo account, because simply do not work anymore!

I don't understand what is happen.

    root@wh [~]# rsync --timeout=1000 -av rsync://rsync.cpanel.net/scripts /backup/tmp

Your dodemoacct script is compiled inside of the WHM binaries. You cannot get to it directly.

Those three accounts, did they recently get moved to this server?

That cpanelkill.cgi script is meant to do clean up after a site moved it should though not exist in a users area. It should only be in the /scripts area. You can remove it from their account areas.
