    HI @blue7

Is there any more to this error output in the cPanel error logs? You can find them here:
    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
    Thanks!

Nothing but than some ModSecurity errors, even if i disable modsecurity still getting error while settling the handler. And i've just realized that its not only about selecting lsapi, even if select any other handler (cgi, fcgi, suphp etc.) still getting same error, even i choose "none" still getting this error.

    Hello @blue7

Thank you for opening the ticket, I went and checked in on this today and found that the analyst working the ticket discovered there were multiple .htaccess files with incorrect ownership in the account's home directory. Once these were modified to have the correct account ownership the issue stopped occurring.
