I believe this is a result of your user's home directory missing. AFAIK, /home/virtfs/user/home/user/ is a hardlink to the user's actual home directory. I, too, am receiving this message and am a little baffled because I was under the impression that removing a directory entirely will remove any hardlink references to it as well.

I want to try removing the referenced directory, but virtfs is a scary beast. Sources I've read have said that a reboot will usually clear up any virtfs inconsistencies. WebHostDog, did you find any more information on this?
