Hello

Is there any way that I can restrict access to the mail services for single account based on their IP. I would like to allow single client to access the mail server only from their IP.

Can you please tell me where in CSF I can limit single cpanel account to send emails. That might help while looking for IP limitation solution.

Hello :)

There are no native options in cPanel that will allow you to restrict specific email functionality by IP address. This is likely better handled by a firewall, as mentioned in the previous posts.
