Mail account listed but unable to access it

Hi, im new here and i have this problem:

I had a mail account like [email protected]
after using it for a few months i changed the quota from 200 to 500mb
then i created another account with unlimited and another with 200mb
now i cant access [email protected] and its like it doesnt exist but in the mail list it still shows with its current size (81/500)

any help pls?

You may want to check if authentication to this email account is blocked by cPhulkd. It's possible this is preventing successful authentication. Otherwise, let us know the specific method you are using to access this email account.
