I set up the mail accounts for each band member (name@domain.com) and I was wondering how they can check their mail (via a webpage) without having to log into the main cPanel (to avoid more than one administration and pressing the buttons [I am the only "computer nerd" if you will in the band so I dont want anyone to mess up settings]). If there is a webbased email program I can tell them to use or setup for us all, could you please let me know? Or can I create another cPanel account with limited restrictions?

    http://hostname.yourhostingcompany.com/webmail
    https://hostname.yourhostingcompany.com:2096

One of these, off the top of my head, should work. There is also http://hostname.yourhostingcompany.com:XXXX (note: http not https) but I don't recall what the port number is as I never use it. You'll find it in the forum somewhere.

When going to the correct address you will be prompted to enter your full email address and password.

This will then give you access to up to three webmail programs (depending on what you're host has chosen to use) with which you can access email for the address you specified. This will only give webmail access and not access to the entirety of Cpanel.

Port 2092! I got it working, thanks! I don't think I've used it this way in a long time, hence the reason I forgot. But everything works now, Thank you again,

    Happy Easter everyone,
    Shawn
