It would help which ISPs are sending your stuff to spam (ie: hotmail, yahoo, aol, etc).

    A few general tips:

    1. Make sure you have your reverse DNS entry correct.
    2. Check the spam databases for RBL listings

www.dnsreport.com can check for the reverse DNS and www.dnsstuff.com has a spam database lookup.

Some I believe like to see SPF records (which is a whole controversial topic).

AOL have a whitelist service you can get placed on after fillling out a form agreeing not to spam, etc. Visit aol.com look for the help under e-mail and I believe there is a section in a FAQ for mail senders whose email shows up in spam. (Look around, they change it sometimes and I don't remember the exact way offhand.)

Contact Yahoo! using the following form:

    http://add.yahoo.com/fast/help/us/mail/cgi_bulkmail

Your server (IP) may be blocked, so use this form. You'll have to agree with their terms to not spam, but this is the step to clearing that up. AOL has a white listing as well (google search for aol whitelist)
