mail backup recovery incomplete.

    One of my hosted domains, had few internal problems with quota, and I recreated the account, using the BACKUP restoration. Ater that, the pop MAIL accounts are not working fine. All mail goes to the CACH ALL account, and the mail accounts are not listed @ the CPANEL. even IF I do make the restoration of the backup again, the accounts do not apear.
    Using HORDE with the master pass, i can see the accounts of the users, but the are all empty...

    How can i recovber the accounts of the clients?

    Could you check the accounts in the mail folder in the users home directory. All the files there should be in the user:mail (where user is the user name of the account) ownership.

    Btw, there were better solutions than backup-restore for solving the quota issues.

    Permissions are correct

    All the directories and files are there, with the correct permissions

    -rw-rw---- 1 user mail 3302 Sep 14 09:09 inbox


    The quota problem problem/solution was a mistake! :-\
