I am having a big problem with AOL email addresses and some other server addresses too...

Im using phpbb and when an email is sent to mainly AOL Addresses I get something similiar to this back:

Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host mailin-01.mx.aol.com [64.12.137.249]: 421-:
    (DNS:NR) http://postmaster.info.aol.com/errors/421dnsnr.html
    421 SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE

    Anyone any ideas on this?

Did you read that link? It explains very clearly what the problem is and how to resolve it. Is your server new or did you start sending a lot more mail than before? That is what usually triggers that message. Follow the steps to whitelist, if you qualify (most do.)

Read some of the recent threads here on spam, bcc attacks and mod_security. There has been a sudden explosion of this stuff and AOL is locking out servers left and right.

You will have to check your server to see if its secure, starting with seeing if you are an open relay and then use mod_security to tighten up your apache from insecure scripts being hammered for spam. You MUST go to that link above and follow the instructions to get AOL to start sending you the cause of these blockings.

Enjoy, we are all going through the same thing.
