mail can't be manually delivered

I have messages (some, not all) queueing up on my server, and when I try to manually deliever them, I get messages like this:

Message 1GQMRW-0002ig-QB is not frozen
delivering 1GQMRW-0002ig-QB
LOG: MAIN PANIC
Couldn't create message log /var/spool/exim/msglog/W/1GQMRW-0002ig-QB: No such file or directory


Any idea why this might be happening?

Does /var/spool/exim/msglog exist? If not, create it and chown it mailnull:mail

Yes it does, and that is the ownership currently on it.

I'd suggest adding the following to the Advanced mode Exim Configuration Editor in WHM (first textarea):

no_message_logs

Since the message logs are of little real use.

OK, I did that, and it delivered the mail. I assume that is what you thought would happen?
