    Hello ,

you can do it using WHM (web hosting manager)

1- Login using your root account
    2- Click on (Tweak Settings)
3- Set the value you want for (The maximum each domain can send out per hour)

    That's it

    thanks
    i found it allready.

The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited): 300

    what does it means?
    for example
if i'll start to send mails in 14:30 will it end in 15:00 or in 15:30?

    thnks.

    Go on, have a guess
IIRC, it's a rolling hour not a clock one. So it will count back the number of emails sent in the previous hour from the time of the current processing email and if you've sent more than the limit the email will be dropped with a delivery failure.
