    Hi!
Some people in my company can't send mails to certain email addresses, they're receiving the next message. I'm absolutely new to this, any ideas?

    Code:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    someaddress@somedomain.com

    host somedomain.com [ip1]

SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT

    TO:<someaddress@somedomain.com>:

550 SPF: ip2 is not allowed to send mail from mydomain.com

    anotheraddress@anotherdomain

    host mail.anotherdomain [ip3]

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL

You need to add ip2 into the SPF record within the "Authentication" area in the cpanel account for the domain. You add where it says "Additional IP Address blocks for your domains".
