    Hi guys,

I'm a WHM root user trying to view the mail delivery reports, but when trying to view them no reports are showing, no matter what filter I use (Including no filters at all).

I've tried disabling/re-enabling eximstats service as suggested on another thread, and I've tried clicking the little cog/gear icon in the results box and clicking the defaults button - but neither has helped.

This has also effected all resellers, as they have the same issues as us.

Can anyone suggest a fix? Or point me in the right direction?

What version of cPanel are you running? Is it up to date?

Could you please try visiting this page again with default settings already selected, and just change the Start Date: to 9/5/2011 and then click Run Report.

Do you see any then? I just want to try and confirm what you see with what I see here. I have the same version w/CL as well.

In your WHM, top right corner of any page, click the Support link. On it there's a link to "Contact cPanel" use that and open a ticket on this if you wouldn't mind.

    Thanks!

Have you verified there is data in the database? The database in question is eximstats.

On the command line, as root, try this:
    Code:
    echo 'select * from eximstats.sends limit 5;' | mysql

If the output is something like this:
    Code:
mailtime	msgid	email	processed	user	size	ip	auth	host	domain	localsender	spamscore
    2012-04-24 05:02:23	1SMcZj-0004ZN-PQ	me@me.you.cpanel.net	0	me	1079	127.0.0.1	localuser	localhost	me.you	1	NULL

then data does exist (you can also check the other tables: defers, failures, smtp in the same way). If you get no data than for some reason data is not making it from exim into the database. At that point a support ticket is certainly warranted.
