A few years ago I was able to click a button and see the text of emails that were spam or emails that did not go out, but now that feature seems to have gone away. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Thank you!

Hello,

You can only see the message content if the email message is still in the queue. The email queue is accessible via Web Host Manager at:

"WHM >> Email >> Mail Queue Manager"

The option is documented at:

Mail Queue Manager - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Is this what you are looking for?

Thank you.

Ok, yes, maybe it was the Mail Queue Manager that I was thinking of. But how come this basic functionality is not available for the Mail Delivery Reports? It won't even let me see the subject of the email, let alone the content. Can we put in a request for a feature enhancement?

Thank you.

You can open a feature request for this via:

Submit A Feature Request

In the meantime, a workaround is to use the "exigrep" utility via the command line. EX:

Code:
exigrep $subject /var/log/exim_mainlog
Thank you.

I'm a little shocked to discover this feature suggestions requires yet another login/password. Why isn't this tied to the same account I use to access the cPanel forums?

You should be able to use the same username/password associated with your forums account. Ensure you use the following URL:

It will state:
