Mail Delivery Reports showing system only?

When I generate reports. In the sender column, only [System] appears for all emails. It does not show the email sender.

Do you have any custom plugins installed or any exim customizations? Can you show the last 20 or so of the tailwatchd log located at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/tailwatchd_log?
