Mail Delivery System

    Hi if customers have a failed email delivery it gets sent to root, and just wondering if there was a way to stop this.

    Hello,

    You can update your root contact address here:

    "WHM Home » Server Contacts » Edit System Mail Preferences"

    You could use a forwarding email address, and setup a filter for that email account to move those delivery failures to a specific folder or delete them.

    Yes, provided you configure the root contact to forward to an existing email address, and then setup a filter to handle the mail delivery failure messages, then all other root emails will still deliver to the email address you configured.
