Ok, I have a strange one. I have a customer who tried to send from one e-mail account on his account to another, but the message never arrived. When I look in the exim_mainlog I see the message here:

2010-04-22 13:00:25 1O50hM-0001kU-62 <= [email protected] H=adsl-XX-XX-XX-XX.dsl.hstntx.swbell.net (Front)
[XX.XX.XX.XX]:49673 I=[XX.XX.XX.XX]:25 P=esmtp S=70336 id=001a01cae245$954e5500$bfeaff00$@com T="FW:
subject of message" from <[email protected]> for [email protected]

However, that is the only line I can find associated with the message? The message isn't in my mail queue?

So where could it have gone? Why wouldn't the exim_mainlog have some trace of it?
