Hi to all
i've a strange issue. I set up yesterday a domain on my vps running Cpanel.
Domain name is "toysforcebay.com"
all the mails sent by a phpmailer finished to spam. So to be sure i have create an e-mail address and try with horde and squirrel mail to sent a new email. Result? SPAM...
I checked for mx records..
i cheched also:
-Ptr Reverse
-Dkm
-Spf
-No blacklist domain and no blacklist ip (previously on same IP there was another domain and no issue were showed).
I'm asking myself... it's possible that domain name is considered like a spam mail????
And if this is the reason.. how i can fix this? I have to change domain???

Hello :)

I do not see a SPF record configured for this domain name. Please browse to the "Email Authentication" option within cPanel for this account in order to enable it's SPF record. This may help to keep emails from this domain name out of the "SPAM" folder on remote mail servers.

Thank you.

I see the SPF record for this domain name is now setup correctly. You may want to contact the remote mail servers directly to see why they are placing your emails in their SPAM folders if the issue persists. It's difficult for anyone know exactly what you need to change because all of their criteria is not made public.

Thank you.
