Can you search /var/log/exim_mainlog for this email to see the specific error logged by Exim? Here's an example of the command you can use:

I used "1hkWZP-001hMD-FM" in the above command example because it's the message ID referenced in the output you shared.

Can you confirm if you have root access to the server? Or, is this a shared hosting plan with cPanel that you purchased from a web hosting provider? If your access is limited to cPanel, please report this issue to your web hosting provider for assistance.
