SOLVED Mail Filter Issue

    Hoping someone might have come across something like this issue

    I have been having mail filter issues on a hosting account on a VPS.

    I send an email to another email address with the same domain on the same hosting account and it never arrives, there is no bounce so I check the mail delivery report in WHM and there it is and its been filtered the message I see is ...

    this also happens with other legit email addresses as well some get through others don't.

    I have spend hours trying all sorts of things to resolve this

    Disabled Spam Assassin
    Added email address, domain and IP address to Spam Assassin White List
    Cleared all Account Level and User Level Filtering
    Checked WHM exim settings but realzsed the issue does not affect any other hosting accounts that I know of just this one hosting account so WHM configurations are possibly not the issue otherwise I would have a problem on all hosting accounts.

    here is a log from the Mail Report in WHM, there are different Sender Hosts and IP addresses so it not just the one listed below this is just from one of many reports I pulled

    Does anyone know of any way to clear the mail filters in a hosting account other than deleting from Account Level and User Level Filtering sections as I have tried that and they are empty.

    Resolved the issue by terminating the offending hosting account and recreating it again and adding the email accounts again seemed to put it back on track again.
