Is there a way to remove the mail mime filters in exim (the ones that prevent exe and vbs type files to pass through) for a specific domain? We have a client that does not want to use this feature. The only way I can see is to disable it server-wide. Is there a way to have mail for that specific domain to bypass these rules?

    Thanks

No you can only edit it for the entire Mailscanner configuration.

    Go on, have a guess
It's more likely the system filter /etc/antivirus.exim (rather than MailScanner which you can definitely do on a per domain basis very easily) - you could in theory modify that file to make it domain specific, but you'd have to head on over to http://www.exim.org and learn all about ACL's to do so.
