Mail forwarders

    I have a client that has an employee on vacation and he forwarded the mail for that employee to another employee to be handled. It is forwarding but it is also putting a copy of the mail in the pop3 account of the original employee. Is there a way to stop it from doing that?

    you need to delete the pop account outherwise it will deliver to both
