I currently have my mail setup as forwards so that i can use ASK, and My WEB Gui which is a little more intuitive than box trapper. (www.sf.net/projects/webask)

My question is why wont spamassassin run on emails that are set as forwards? With my last setup (sendmail/procmail) this was able to be done. I Like to set specific Spam Assassin rules.

Also, is it possible to have specific settings in MailScanner for particular users? I like the feature of removing mail with a certain spam score (this of course is bad if used system wide, AND currently cant be done as spamassassin isnt being run on forwarded messages).

Actually you can. First set up a mail account for the address being forwarded. Then set up the forwarder as an email filter. Now all the forwarded mail will get scanned by both Mailscanner and Spamassassin!
