I have a VPS running cPanel and have been experiencing problems with my mail being marked as spam (or apparently not arriving at all) by gmail, hotmail and probably others.

I'm not sure where to start in sorting the problem out and would appreciate any links to tools. Even better, if anyone can provide contact details for a good server admin that I can employ to sort my settings out?? I host a number of domains on my VPS and just need someone to have a look please.

    Hello :)

Check to make sure a RDNS record exists for the IP address you are using to send out email. Also, make sure your domain names have SPF and DKIM records configured. You can review the following document for instructions on how to prevent email abuse:

    cPanel - Prevent Email Abuse

You can find a list of system administration services at:

cPanel Application Catalog - System Admin Services

    Thank you.
