Sometime on the 8th-9th Dec all email has stopped forwarding. Up till then, I've not had any issues with email being forwarded over last 2 -3 years.

cpanel is set to auto update, and I notice an update took place on 8th.

I restarted all mail servers ( IMAP, POP3 & EXIM). All accounts can send and receive email ok, just not forward.

Tried doing an email trace, and only thing I get is a blank image, not sure if that is related in any shape or form to this issue.

I'm also using Dagon Design Form Mailer (latest ver) WP for support emails. It stopped working same time. i.e. in nothing is being sent through to the sites email address setup on DD's backend. BUT, sending an email via a normal email client to that same address works. ( But still doesn't forward)

Seems more than coincidence that forwarding, email trace image and DD support mailer all stopped working around same time.

    Dedi server with CentOS 64.

Open to any ideas on how to get this mess resolved.

    Thanks

    I have the same problem.

    exim (exim-4.69-26_cpanel_maildir) failed

exim failed @ Sun Dec 12 11:11:20 2010. A restart was attempted automagically.
    Service Check Method: [tcp connect]

Failure Reason: Timeout while trying to connect to service

If Exim will not start, please submit a ticket so that we may investigate directly and correct the problem for you. The problem described by danielvargasm is that Exim is not starting, while the original post in this thread was about problems with forwarding, not necessarily that Exim is not starting.
