Mail Man list backup

    Hello,

    Is there any way i could backup the mailing list on my server or a client can backup it from the server.

    Any help will be of great importance.

    the only way is to use the site admin command list_members and copy it into a text file. look up the mailman documentation under site admin commands. perhaps you can write a cron script as root and run it every night. And of course you can dump the mailing list into a file.
    I am not sure if the cpanel backup script also backs up mailman lists.

    for the record:

    the whm backup script and move script does backup mailman

    the cpanel backup does not.

    Do you know where in the backups the mailing list data is stored? We're having a hard time finding the data to restore.
