Have deleted a mailing list. Continue to get the mailing list memberships reminder email. How to stop this?

    Dear jackal,

When doing an upgrade to 7.2.x from earlier versions, MailMan is upgraded to 2.1.2. An account for the Server (and eMail to that effect) is automatically generated. Not sure why, but it does. As to shutting it down, it would be best to look for the process ID by using:

    ps -xla

You need to know the Parent ID, not the Child -- which is what you find using: ps aux

Parent ID is in the 4th column from the left and you notice multiple processes running. Child ID is in the 3rd column and will be different for each one. Parent column will show the same ID for all -- the is the one to kill: kill -9 process#

Other than the next upgrade, Server reboot, or restart of WHM/Cpanel, perhaps even an Exim restart, it should stay dead.

    More information can found using:

    # vi /usr/local/cpanel/src/3rdparty/gpl/mailman-2.1.2/README
