Dear Forum Members , I have a query to post here . i want to migrate all the mails in a mailbox to another domain.i.e., for instance current mailbox is [email protected] , new mail id is [email protected] . want to move the mails from this mailbox to that new one without data loss .both domain and domain1 are under same whm in my cloud server . Kindly provide me step by step procedure . Thanks mates.

You can indeed copy the mail by moving the mail files from your old to new one from "/home/old-user/mail". The way you would do it is to create the mail accounts on the new account through cPanel. Once they have been created, you can copy the mail files from each account on your current host to the same place on the new.
********But you can't access to account via the old user name and password. :(
