    Hello,

    I have a problem..

I have hosted a Web site. eg : "example.com" and i have modified its mx record to "mailrecv.bigmailbox.com". Everything works fine... email accounts created are receiving emails smoothly.
Now, I have php scripts in same site which needs to send e-mail. It send e-mails to any domains say "hotmail.com", "yahoo.com" BUT when it sends emails to anyone@example.com then the email is dumped at mail/inbox rather then delivering it to "mailrecv.bigmailbox.com" which is mentioned on MX Record.

WHY and HOW TO SLOVE THIS? I need to delivere email to the exchange that i mention in my mx record for this domain.

    any help will be appreciated.

    regards,
    AashX

Add the domain(s) to /etc/remotedomains (if the file doesn't exist, create it). Then remove the domain from /etc/localdomains and restart bind (run; /etc/init.d/named restart).
