Bug 48. Email is stuck in the queue. Delivery claims the users mailbox is full.

T=virtual_userdelivery defer (122): Disk quota exceeded: mailbox is full

Mailbox is not full at all, in fact there is not one message in the mailbox. So whats the problem? S109 = Hell!

This will happen in 2 circumstances to my knowledge... thats if the mailbox has reached its disk space quota, or if the whole account has reached its disk space quota.

we had the same identical problem a few days ago with a POP account, and the problems was they had exceeded there account disc quota, and their mailbox was empty. So if they reach their alloted disc quota, this will also prevent email from being delievered to their respective mailboxes.

    That seems to be it

    Thanks folks,

What's interesting is that this issue showed up after the last upgrade of WHM

We have about 80 accounts and all seemed to be well under the quota before the upgrade - then bang....... all over or 90%+

We increased the size of all the account quotas in question and all is working.

The other funny thing is that some accounts needed a large increase in account size but there should have been no need - one account has a few pages and that's about it and it shows 15 meg in use ????

Will look into this and see if it is a problem

Just wanted to confirm that we have had the exact same problem with apparant mis-reported quotas.
