I jsut setup a new account for a client and mail is not going into his inbox. mail is getting to the server as I see it in the mail queue. If I try to force a delivery I get the following message.

I have deleted the account and created it again but still mail is not delivered. This happens even if I send a message from a domain that resides on the same server using the same DNS servers.

It seems that it is due to the incorrect MX record in DNS name servers. Please double check the MX record entry in your server. However, if it is correct then please make sure that the destination domain entry is present in following config file:

    /etc/localdomains (Exim)

    Thank you.

I did look previously at the DNS entry and it looked OK. I did an edit MX entry command and saved the entry even though it looked ok. Then when I looked at /etc/localdomains I did see the domain at the bottom.

When I tried delivery after doing this mail was delivered.

I wasn't getting bounce backs mail was just not being delivered. I did see one message about a delayed delivery from one of my other email accounts.
