Mail not senting to a perticulor id

    Helloo Team ,


    Could you please help me for getting reason of my mail issue,

    problem is i can't sent mail to a particular mail id , bounce back massage is
    The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

    admin@remotemailid.com
    Delay reason: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<admin@remotemailid.com>:
    host remotehost.com [ip]: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later

    exim Log seems

    Also we are noted there not seems remote mail server ip address or host name ,
    but sure thing is remote mail id web server and mail server running different server , but in log there not seems remote mail server ip , only seems remote host name and ip , that is web server ip .

    remote domain cpanel mx entry seems mail server running remotely not locally , and dig and nslookup mail.remotemailid.com getting correct result ,
    and mail sented from email client thunderbird .
    So please advice me how can we get reason of this problem , how can we resolve this issue .

    Hello :)

    To clarify, is this a domain name that you host locally but has it's email hosted elsewhere? Are you able to send email to this domain name from other mail servers such as Google or Hotmail?

    Web server and mail server running different server , but dig and nsllokup getting reply correctly .
    And i will sent a mail from gmail , and will update you .

    Hello,

    I sent mail from gmail , but that mail not sent correctly , i got same bounce back mail from gmail with web hosted ip , ip seems not mail server ip , but cpanel MX entry set as a remotely , may be his domain name pointed not correctly right ?

    Could you elaborate on this a bit further? For instance, do you mean the MX record resolves to a different server? Did you check with a website such as IntoDNS to see if the domain name uses remote name servers?
