Hello,

I have a user who is saying they never got an email from their work account. When I look at the stats, it looks like they are receiving a lot of spam to their primary email address (the address that they sent their important email from work to)

Need less to say, their disk space quota is full, thus their mail in building up in the mail queue. I have already increased their quota, but the mail is not being delivered.

When I go into the mail queue manager it tells me that there are over 1000 email in the queue, from a handful of clients.

Is there a way to delete all emails in the queue expect from a certain address?

Thanks
Travis

If you have Chirpy's ConfigServer Mail Manage enter the email address that you need and you can either view or delete depending on which button you choose. It can also work on a time based choice so you can get emails to an address over say 48 hours.

If you don't have it, you can get it at: http://www.configserver.com/cp/cmm.html and install it yourself, or have it installed by them for a reasonable fee. I can attest that their scripts have made my job a lot easier and was worth every penny paid!
