    Hello,

Does anyone have a quick explanation as to why I would not be able to see my webmail accounts?
    i.e. http://mydomain.com:2095
When I try the above URL, the browser just hangs for a bit then goes to "page cannot be displayed".
In the cpanel, I click the "Mail" link then click "Add/Remove Accounts" in that area, there are links to "Read Webmail" for any email addresses added, but when I click these links and supply the password, same problem.
Incidentally, I can access any mail account I create with outlook Express, I just can't get there in a web enviroment.
I am pretty sure it is a DNS problem, but am not experienced enough to narrow it down any further...

If someone could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks:)

    Go on, have a guess
    I would guess that either:

    1. The server has port 2095 firewalled

    2. Your ISP/inetrnet connection has port 2095 firewalled

Are either of those a possibility?

It could also be the security settings in your internet explorer.

Custom settings should be set to "Prompt for Username and Password"

If this is set to automatic you get the same error.
