Mail Queue - emails there are not in readable format

I think 1 my client is a spammer.
I have a lot emails from/to his account in the Mail Queue.
But they are all in not readable format.
Email body:

1DNC3K-0005SA-71-D
DQoNCvMg1dfB1sXOycXNLCANCuTFzsnTIOTSwcfP18
...
********

So, how to decrypt this email ?
