Mail queue when email account is over quota - behaviour changed?

    In earlier versions of WHM, wasn't there an option to say if an account was over quota that the emails would sit in the mail queue and then be delivered later?

    I've been trying to find this in the updated WHM 11.28.28 but can't track it down and I know of at least one account which ran over quota and there are non of the expected emails queuing for them (actually nothing in the queue for them).

    Just wondering for future times...
