nick

how about adding a mass feature where you can

1. re-try all mail in queue
2. delete all messages[/quote:3297c39d17]

Should be simple .. just open a bugzilla id

I have 3234 messages in my exim queue. Is it bad? Can I delete all of them?
Thanks.

Is it bad? Well, no, it just means that you need to be a bit more diligent as an admin or schedule some cron to wipe out messages older than a certain amount of time.......

I would wait until this weekend, late one night and cleanse out the queue, then restart exim and syslogd.....

Yes, you can delete all of them without causing harm, 99% of the messages are almost definitely undeliverables.

Thanks Feanor,

Yep, all of the undeliverables. How to delete them? My exim_log is messed.
