We recognize on one of our cpanel boxes which run @ 10.6.0-RELEASE 16
that from the last cpanel update on [ saturday ] the mailbox quotas exeeding.

to day in the morning i got a few calls from clients that they dont receive emails anymore.
i cross check and both of them have been over quota in their email accounts althrough the
outlook settings are disabled for leaving a message on the server.
old emails are stored in a inbox.trash [ the client randomly login via webmail 2 times or 3 times the year and never delete all the messages and leave it in the inbox.trash ]

are there some mailbox quota issues or squirrel/horde issues regarding deleted outlook emails.

    thank you
[ how can i check the mail quota on my box for all the clients ]

    Go on, have a guess
The quota system for email changed to include all data in the mailbox directory, not just the inbox. The users will have to clear down their mailboxes more effectively or give themselves more space.

Thank you chirpy for the information.

the problem arrise only if you have hundreds of clients and have to check this manually.
