In the Server Settings - Tweak Settings - Notification, I have the following set

    Mail Box Usage Warning (Checked)
    Critical State (for mail) 90
    Full State (for mail) 98
    Warn State (for mail) 80

For some reason, the email quota warnings aren't getting sent to the email users. I ran the /scripts/quotacheck manually. It showed one user as being over quota but I didn't see any attempt in the mail log to send anything to that user regarding their quota.

Is there something that I'm missing? Also, should the quotacheck be setup to run through cron or does some other process run this automatically?

I found some other posts regarding this but didn't really see a solution.

    Here is my version information

    WHM 11.11.0 cPanel 11.12.0-C17327
    CENTOS Enterprise 4.5 x86_64 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0
