it will be fixed in tonights 'nightly' update.

So run /scripts/upcp --force in the morning and verify its fixed for you, if not then open a support ticket regarding this but it should be resolved.

You should definitely be opening support tickets about this issue. It is affecting multiple servers and Cpanel needs to be aware of this so they will move it up on the priority list to get fixed.

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R44

Running WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R44 and seeing the issue, did upcp --force, still a no go. Is there a bugreport on this I can add info onto? I just setup this new box so clients are getting edgy since in some cases mail just bounces galore.

I put a ticket in, here is there response

Thank you for your ticket. I believe our developer team is aware of this issue and we are working on a solution. I will escalate this ticket to our higher level support and we will provide an update when further information becomes available. Thank you kindly for your patience.
I will, of course, pass on any information when I receive it to keep you up to date.

This was supposed to be resolved in yesterdays "nightly" build by Nick.

Try removing the "maildirsize" file for an affected account then login cPanel for that user so it refreshes the cached info then see if this issue re-appears or not to confirm.

I did, didn't work - tried all the suggested solutions in this thread, nothing seems to take hold, maybe the fix didn't go as smoothly as planned.

We are using 10.9.0-STABLE 45 and have the same problem with random accounts !

Example: Usage 714.31 M Quota 50.00 M

So much for Stable ver.

Enough smack talk. Regardless of how you feel about cPanel, this thread is about a legitimate problem and we are waiting for a legitimate solution. Let's keep it on track please.

Cpanel Support said if I update to edge this issue should be corrected, otherwise I would have to wait a few days for the developers to put out a current/release build. I went ahead with the edge upgrade and the problem continues.

This is very annoying to say the least. There is also a bugzilla report of this that still shows unconfirmed even though clearly the bug exists.

I just made the bugzilla entry yesterday - since there wasn't one and people continued to show the issue - I am just waiting for some sort of post there or offical word, some clients are getting edgy, but hopefully they'll hold out a little longer.

I apologize for the mis-information earlier.

Looks like Nick is working out an issue with it still and the fix has not made it to the Nightly update as he previously reported.

The Developers are aware of the issue and will have it resolved shortly.

What is the Bug report number you submitted regarding this?

We're having the same problem also.

Running:

WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-R44
FreeBSD 5.5

I have only come across this on one server so far. It was recently updated to use Maildir. We only have one other server using Maildir, I do not know if this server also has the same problem (no client reports of problems on that server). Our other servers are still using mbox and do not appear to have any problems.

I have sent a ticket into cPanel support, ticket ID: 159281

The more people who have the problem and confirm to cPanel the better I say, the quicker it is likely to be resolved.

And the response from cPanel:

"Our developers have addressed this bug, and are currently performing tests in
BETA builds before pushing this fix into production builds later this evening.
I will contact our developers for updates on this upon their arrival to the
office, and let you know once more information becomes available."

So let’s hope within the next 24 hours this issue is resolved.

Response from cPanel:

"The fix for this issue should be available in the next day or so.
