Mail receive Problem in Outlook

I am getting follwoing Error while receiving mail in outlook -

check pl

how many email accounts in pop3 are giving error, 1 or all, go to cpanel and click on mail and the change the password of the pop account in which you are getting error. get back with your reply.

Also, please check whether you have given your email account ([email protected]) in the username field of outlook.
