Hello. I have a cpanel in which I created the email addresses. At the beginning, all email addresses worked very well but since this morning, an address displays an error when I try to send emails. other e-mail addresses do not have this problem. Here is the error I receive when I try to send an email
SMTP error: [550] Mail refused for blacklist from the address via SMTP Auth (from address:
[email protected] IP: 127.0.0.1 AuthentifiedID:
[email protected] Account owner: recodh)

Hello @polojuni,

Can you let us know the output from /var/log/exim_mainlog when this happens? For example, you can run the following command and provide us with the output from the most recent message transaction:

Code:
exigrep [email protected] /var/log/exim_mainlog
Thank you.

Hi. I'm going down for the big delay to answer your message. I had some problems with my hosting. Thank you for your reply. I executed the command
exigrep [email protected] /var/log/exim_mainlog
but I received this error
-bash: exigrep: command not found
I went to the directory /var/log but this directory is empty it contains no file

Hello @polojuni,

Are you logged in as the "root" user via SSH to the cPanel & WHM server when running that command?

Thank you.

Hi. Thank you very much for your reply. I do not think I have root access because I do not work on a dedicated server. Please is it possible to have root access by working on a shared server? Is there a way to solve my problem without having root access?

Hello @polojuni,

You'll need to contact your web hosting provider for assistance with this issue if you do not have root access.

Thank you.

Hello @polojuni,

If you've only purchased a shared hosting plan from a hosting provider, then root access is not generally offered because it would give you access to every other account on the shared server.

Thank you.
