Mail Rules (exim)

    we have 3 mailboxes on a server (billing@, sales@, support@) and each one needs a similar rule. When an email arrives (before it's delivered into the inbox) we need to check for a "validation string" in the subject line, basically, a short sentence in the subject line that is predefined by us such as "This is a valid email". If the string is there, the email is allowed into the mailbox, and nothing else. If the string is not in the subject line, the email is rejected

    I want to be able to choose the topic of the Mailer reject and if possible the text as well.

    My friend says this works for him but it lets some slip through. Any idea how to stop it slipping through?
