Mail Security Using Host Access Control?

    Hi,

    I want to set this on the Host Access Control.

    IMAP - OUR IP,GOOGLE IP - ALLOW
    IMAP - ALL - DENY

    POP3- OUR IP,GOOGLE IP - ALLOW
    POP3 - ALL - DENY

    SMTP - OUR IP - ALLOW
    SMTP - ALL - DENY

    Would we still be receive emails from outside?

    Hello @vponteras,

    Dovecot (IMAP/POP) and Exim (SMTP) don't support TCP wrappers and thus are not supported as services you can restrict access to through WHM >> Host Access Control. I recommend using a firewall management utility such as CSF if you want to restrict access to these services.

    Note that internal case CPANEL-17242 is open to ensure the services that don't support TCP wrappers are not included in WHM >> Host Access Control.
