mail send from PHP

i am having errors when using the sendmail from PHP

In the webmail when i try to forward and email i get this error.

Server replied: 1 Can't execute command '/usr/local/cpanel/bin/sendmail_cpanel -i -t

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this problem, preferebly on where to go in WHM or via SSH.
